Who we are
Kozyvyne (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the information collected through this website. We are based in Bangkok, Thailand. For any privacy request, contact us at kozyvyne@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address and message you provide, the language you were using, and basic technical data (IP address, browser user-agent and a timestamp) recorded with the submission. We also store your theme and language preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of the request. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in operating the business. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site: our email delivery (SMTP) provider, which transmits enquiry notifications, and Supabase, which hosts our database. These providers process data on our instructions under their own security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. [Set and state your exact retention period here.]
Your rights
Under the PDPA and GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request a copy in portable form, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email kozyvyne@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
International transfers
Because our providers may operate outside Thailand, your data may be transferred abroad. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards required by the PDPA and GDPR.
