Kozyvyne operates four brands: KozyVyne (Thai handcraft), Kozyvyne Academy (courses and e-books), Kozyvyne Labs (automation services) and Kozyvyne Spotlight (advertising slots). Product-specific terms below apply in addition to these general terms.
Orders, pricing and handcraft
KozyVyne pieces are hand-carved to order and may vary slightly, which is a feature of handmade work, not a defect. Prices, availability and lead times are shown per item and may change before an order is confirmed. Export and wholesale orders may be subject to separate written terms.
Digital products (Academy)
Courses and e-books are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute them. Access may be delivered electronically after purchase.
Services (Labs)
Automation and chatbot work is scoped and agreed separately before any engagement begins. Deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in that agreement, which prevails over these general terms for the service.
Advertising (Spotlight)
Spotlight listings must be lawful, accurate and not misleading, infringing or offensive. We may refuse or remove any listing at our discretion. You are responsible for the content and links you supply.
Intellectual property
All site content, designs and brand names are owned by Kozyvyne or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Kozyvyne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute arising from or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
