Because pieces are carved to order, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or materially different from their description. Contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos. Digital products (Academy)
Digital courses and e-books are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, because they cannot be returned. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right, you may be asked to waive it before immediate download. If a product is faulty or inaccessible, contact us and we will make it right.
Services & advertising (Labs, Spotlight)
Fees for services are governed by the individual agreement for that work. Spotlight advertising fees are generally non-refundable once a listing goes live. [State any pro-rata or cancellation terms.]
